Background Information
As part of Bakrieland corporate strategy to expand its existence into more local cities in indonesia, as well as to cater local investors and customers demand on property managed by reputable developer, Bakrieland venture its first project in Yogyakarta city. The project initiated as condotel development, which recently expanded into housing and premium estates.
Objectives
To create a campaign that could reflect the premium and limited availability on Awana, a mix use complex of condotel, housing and premium housing in Yogyakarta.
Result
Komunikasia Cato Brand Partners created a unique campaign for the limited houses, using Indonesia’s Traditional hero as the identity for each of the premises, and to create a sense of uniqueness for each house.
