We led the strategic corporate identity development and packaging rejuvenation for Matahari Sakti (MS), a premier manufacturer of high-quality aquafeed and pet food. The primary objective was to position the MS master brand as a powerful, trusted authority across both Indonesian and competitive international agricultural markets.
To achieve this, we addressed an expansive multi-brand ecosystem. Matahari Sakti possessed numerous highly successful product lines that were widely accepted in the market, but lacked a clear visual connection to the corporate entity. We designed a cohesive brand architecture that establishes strong parent brand ownership across all lines. By integrating these successful products under a unified corporate framework, the existing market trust from the product lines directly funnels value, prestige, and commercial equity back into the Matahari Sakti holding brand.
