Background Information
With the high demand of property and condotel in Jakarta, Bakrieland developed one of its unique condotel in the heart of jakarta, at Epicentrum Kuningan. The condotel will offer more younger investors who interested to invest in the condotel business, easier scheme to buy and invest. The condotel will offer more economic value toward potential guest who need quick access to the city especially in Kuningan and Sudirman area.
Objectives
Komunikasia Cato Brand Partners task was to develop naming and Identity program that could convey the consistent approach taken by Bakrieland for its project in Epicentrum area. Influenced by ocean theme on the existing development.
Results
We successfully created a modern and contemporary version of the ocean theme into more contemporary feel and modern for younger audience. We also handled several branding identity rejuvenation on other companies such as Sadhana, Trilliunware, and Propan
